These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Epilady Australia website and your relationship with Epilady Australia Pty Ltd. Please read this page carefully. 1. Registration, Password and security

You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.

You must inform us of any changes to the information that you provided when registering by updating your personal details. If information is not updated and delivery occurs to the incorrect address, then a redirection fee will be charged.

When you register to use the Site you will be asked to create a password. You must keep this password confidential and must not disclose it or share it with anyone. You will be responsible for all activities and orders that occur or are submitted under your password. If you know or suspect that someone else knows your password you should notify us by contacting us.

If Epilady New Zealand Limited has reason to believe that there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of the Site, we may require you to change your password or we may suspend your account.

2. Promotional offers

Certain offers are only available for a limited period and while stocks last. If your order is received after the offer period or the goods are no longer available at the offer price, we will notify you before we dispatch the goods.

There is no return or refunds on promotional offers.

3. Intellectual property

The content of the Site is protected by copyright, trade marks, database and other intellectual property rights. Epilady Product Terms

Please read these product terms and conditions carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law and set out the terms under which Epilady Australia Pty Ltd makes the products available to you (“Product Terms”).

Prices All orders shipped within Australia are inclusive of GST. Products sent outside Australia may incur duty and other countries VAT taxes and the the purchaser is responsible for these additional costs. If you place an order outside Australia, where the goods may be subject to tax/duty and you refuse to pay the tax/duty and/or any other charges on delivery or attempted delivery of goods ordered, resulting in the goods being returned or destroyed,Epilady Australia Pty Ltd will not refund the goods or shipping charges.

Payment is made strictly with the order. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Availability

If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item, we will not be liable to you.

Acceptance

The purchase contract is made on ordering and paying for the goods and delivery. You will be charged for the goods and delivery when you place your order. There will be no contract of any kind between you and us until you have purchased the goods. Up until payment, we may decline to supply the goods to you without giving any reason. At the moment the goods and delivery are paid for (and not before), a contract will be made between you and us.

Delivery of Products

a) We will arrange for delivery of the products you order by the method and to the address which you specify in the check out procedure. However, if you choose the wrong option ie choose a flat rate when there is a RD address involved then we will charge the additional fee to ensure the products are delivered to you.

b) Delivery within Australia is by courier or Australian Post and takes between 2-5 working days if product is in stock.

Returns of items

We hope you will be happy with your purchase. However, should you feel it necessary to return an item, we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible. Products can be returned if they are damaged within transit. We do not accept returns if you have simply changed your mind. As long as the product has not been opened and the factory seals remain unbroken, we will consider a credit. Customer service is available by email. If for any reason you are unhappy with any product you have purchased from us but must be made within 7 days of purchase date.

Any damaged parcels or breakages must be notified to us within three (3) days of receipt of the goods.

Warranty claims will be honoured if the warranty form has been sent in. Epilady Australia Pty Ltd must be advised of any warranty claims and will advise instructions on product return.

Cancellation and changes

Please notify cancellation and changes to your order by using our using our email form. If your order has not been processed then it will be possible to cancel or amend the order as requested. However if the order has been processed and despatched, then additional freight charges will apply for additions to the order and cancellations are not possible. Please note that the shipping fees will not be refunded.

Payment

You can pay by any Mastercard or Visa credit card, or Direct Deposit. Your credit card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure. Payment must be given at the time of placing your order.

Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant items unless you have chosen the incorrect shipping option.

Warranty

Epilady® Warranty

The original purchaser of the Epilady® product is provided with the following warranty subject to the warranty conditions.

Epilady® warrants this product for all parts defective in workmanship or materials for the period of 12 months from the date of the original purchase.

Warranty Conditions

1. This product must be used in accordance with the instructions provided. This warranty does not apply should the defect in or failure of the product be attributable to misuse, abuse, water damage, accident or non-observance of instructions on the part of the user. No liability is accepted for any direct or consequential loss, damage or other expense caused by, or arising out of, any failure to use the product in accordance with supplied written instructions.

2. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. Exhaustible components (such as the coil head) of the product are included under this warranty only where there is a defect in workmanship or materials used.

3. This warranty is immediately void if:

a) Any serial number or appliance plate is removed or defaced

b) The product has been serviced, or otherwise repaired by a person not authorised to do so by Epilady® or where non-approved replacement parts are used

4. This product is designed for domestic use only. If the appliance is used for business, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply.

5. The product must be connected to the electrical voltage requirements as specified.

6. This warranty will only be provided where proof of original purchase is presented, for example, original receipt or invoice.

7. Epilady® may, at its own discretion, replace or repair any defective product. Any parts of the product replaced during repairs, or any product replaced remain the property of Epilady®. In the event of a product being replaced during the warranty period, the warranty on the replacement product will expire on the same date as for the warranty period on the original product which is replaced.
Epilady® Return Under Warranty

Epilady® warrants this product for all parts defective in workmanship or materials for the period of 12 months from the date of the original purchase.

If, within a period of 12 months your product is defective, please return the Epilady® with this completed coupon and a copy of your purchase receipt to:
